Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We understand that pets can be picky, so we have made the process as easy as possible.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer experience team at support@petlife.com to initiate your return and receive a return authorization number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
3. Include the return authorization number and your order number in the package.
4. Ship the package using the prepaid return label we provide.
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free and easy. Simply initiate a return as described above and let us know what you would like instead. We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return, or immediately if you provide a credit card for temporary hold.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened food or treats, personalized products, items marked as final sale, and grooming tools that have been used. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
